Add a new Twilio connection

Add a Twilio connection to your GoFormz account on the GoFormz web app.

Share your Forms using SMS text message links with the GoFormz-Twilio connection. To add this connection, you'll need an active Twilio account. Additionally, your GoFormz account tier must be either Team, Advanced, or Enterprise.

πŸ—’οΈ Note: You'll need to re-authenticate this connection each time you change your BIM 360 account password.

You'll find the necessary Twilio log-in credentials in Twilio on the Console Dashboard in the Account Info window.

Once you have your Twilio log-in credentials ready, navigate to the Workflows tab in the GoFormz web app where you'll access the Workflow Dashboard. Next, follow the steps below to add your new connection.

  1. Click the Manage Connected Apps card.

    ​You'll navigate to the Connected Apps page.

  2. Find the Twilio connection card.
    Click Add Connection.

    The Twilio log-in window will appear.

  3. Enter your Twilio Auth Token and Account SID credentials.
    ​
    Click Add. ​
    A notification will appear indicating that your connection was added successfully.
    ​

  4. Click the newly added Twilio connection card.

    You'll navigate to your Twilio connection management page.
    ​

  5. Access the Actions (. . .) menu and click Details.
    ​
    A window displaying your connection details will appear.
    ​

  6. Enter a unique connection name.
    Your connection name should include the username of the Twilio account used to create your connection.

    Click Save.
    ​
