Manage devices connected to your account

Log out devices from a user profile so that a user can log in on a different device.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Each user profile in an account can log in to the web app and 2 mobile devices at any given time. If a user wants to log in to their profile using a new mobile device, they’ll need to log out of one of their current devices.

If you receive the error message “This ID is currently in use” when logging into a device, your profile is likely at your device limit. This may occur if you recently got a new phone or tablet, or recently reinstalled the mobile app.

You must be an account admin to log out profile devices. If you’re not an admin and you need to log out a device, you’ll need to contact your admin to request that one of your profile device’s be logged out.

If you are an admin, access the web app and access the User Profile drop-down menu.

Click Users and Groups.

A notification will appear at the top of the screen reading “Device will be remotely logged out.

When the device successfully disconnected, it will no longer display under the user’s devices. The user will now be able to log in to their user profile on a new device.
