Establish your Smartsheet Upload Attachment to Row action to upload a PDF version of your completed Form, or your Form images, to a Smartsheet row.

For this action, you’ll configure your Connection, Destination Sheet, Attachment Destination Row, and File(s).

In the Connection drop-down menu you’ll find the connections available to you from OneDrive. If you'd like to add a new connection, scroll to the bottom of the menu and click + Add Connection, or navigate to the Connected Apps page.

Specify the path to the Smartsheet sheet which you want your Upload Attachment to Row action to reference with the Destination Sheet.

Attachment Destination Row specifies the Row ID to which you want to upload your attachment. Reference specific dynamic metadata or preceding step outputs, or use Workflow variables to reference the Row ID from a preceding Add Row to Sheet or Upsert Row to Sheet action.

Your File(s) references the outputs from your preceding Workflow steps. Select PDFs, Images, or Attachments in order to upload the selected files to your specified Attachment Destination Row.
