When you create a Template-based Public Form link, your Public Form will always present the person filling out your Public Form with the most recent corresponding Template version.

If you make any changes to the Template used to create your Template-based Public Form, your previously generated Public Form link will still work. But, if you add new fields to your Template, you’ll need to add them to your linked Public Form.

To include newly added fields to your Public Form, navigate to the Public Forms tab in the GoFormz web app and completed the following steps.

  1. Open the Actions menu for your Public Form and click Edit.

  2. Click the checkbox next to your newly added fields to include them in any future Public Forms created using the corresponding link.

Note: If you added database fields, you’ll need to make the field’s corresponding DataSource publicly available.

  3. Click Save Public Form.
