Option 1: To Clear Browsing Data
On your computer, open Chrome
At the top right, click More
Click More tools Clear browsing data
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time. [this is recommended]
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data
Refresh your page using the refresh button in the top left corner of your browser
Option 2: To Clear Cache and Hard Reload
Open Chrome on your computer
Right-click anywhere on the page to show the actions menu
Select "Inspect"
Right-click on the Refresh button in the top left corner of your browser
Select "Empty Cache and Hard Reload"

Safari
To Clear Browsing History
Open the Safari app on your Mac
Choose History in the top menu of your screen
Select Clear History
Choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared. [recommend all history]
Refresh page
To Clear Cache
Open the Safari app on your Mac
Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Caches.
Note: You may want to also clear your browser history (see above)

Edge
Select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services
Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear
Choose a time range from the Time range drop-down menu.
Choose the types of data you want to clear (see here for descriptions). For example, you may want to remove browsing history and cookies but keep passwords and form fill data.
Select Clear now
