Set Up a New Twilio Connection

Set up a new Twilio Integration on the Connected Apps page of the GoFormz web app.

Before you begin, verify that you have access to an existing Twilio account.

Note: GoFormz requires that you have access to Twilio enabled through your GoFormz account. Contact your GoFormz Account Manager to enable this access.

Create a Twilio connection in the GoFormz web app by following the steps below in the GoFormz web app.

  1. Access the More drop-down menu.
    Click Connected Apps.

    You'll automatically navigate to App Connections.

  2. Click Add Connection.

    The Twilio log-in window will appear.

  3. Enter your Twilio Auth Token and Account SID credentials.

    Note: Find these credentials in Twilio on the Console Dashboard page in the Account Info pane.

  4. Click Add.

    When your new connection is successfully established, you will see a new connection on your Twilio Connections list with a generic name (ex. "Twilio Connections - 1").

    Note: GoFormz recommends renaming your connection to aid in connection management. Best practice is to include your Twilio username as part of the connection name.
