Upload PDF versions of your completed Forms to Box automatically with the Box File Upload Workflow recipe.
In the GoFormz web app's Workflows tab, follow the steps below to set up your recipe.
Click Create Workflow.
You'll navigate to the Workflow Recipes Library.
Select the Box File Upload recipe to navigate to the Workflow Editor.
Set up your Workflow trigger by assigning your Completed By, Template, and Form completion options.
Select the appropriate user-based trigger using the Completed By drop-down menu.
Your Completed By selection indicates the user or users for whom you want this action to apply. Options include Anyone, Specific User, or Group.
Select the appropriate Template from the Template drop-down menu.
Check the box next to Only run after initial form completion if you want this Workflow to trigger only for the first time a Form is completed.
Click Next.
Set up your Export Form to PDF action.
Assign your PDF settings by selecting the pages to be exported, and naming your PDF.
a. Select the Form pages you want exported to PDF.
Note: If you want to export all Form pages, leave this field blank.
b. Click Advanced.
Here you'll assign a name to your PDF in Filename.
Note: If you choose not to name your PDF, your PDF will adopt the name of the corresponding completed Form.
Click Next.
Set up your Upload File action.
This will include establishing your Connection, Destination Path, and File URL.
Connection is a drop-down menu which lists your available Box connections. Your Box connections determine the options available to you here.
Your Destination Path determines the Box folder where your received files are delivered.
Your File URL references the associated action steps and your output.
If you want to activate your Workflow immediately, click the Activation slider.
The Workflow Activation status will display as Active or Inactive.
Click Save.
