Automatically email a PDF version of a Public Form upon submission with the "Send an email with a PDF copy of a submitted Public Form" Workflow recipe.

In this Workflow you’ll add message body text during your Send Email action. If you want to reference Form or metadata information in your message body, include Workflow variables.

Note: Links cannot be included in any email or text messages you dispatch from your GoFormz account. This includes any alphanumeric content that resembles a link (ex. abc123.abc).

Open the Workflows tab in the GoFormz web app and click Create to access the Workflow Recipes Library.

Next, complete the following steps:

  1. Select the Email Public Form Submission recipe.
This opens the Workflow Recipe Builder.

  2. Click the pencil icon next to the default Workflow name.
    Enter a Workflow name.
