An updated version of the GoFormz mobile app may affect your mobile experience. While we don’t have a specific date at this time, we recommend that you review this document to verify that you’re ready for this update.
This update will provide a more consistent experience between the web and mobile apps. Additionally, it’ll further enable GoFormz to develop mobile features in line with popular customer requests.
Due to the operating system requirements for this update, some devices may become incompatible with the GoFormz mobile app. This update will occur in two phases.
During phase 1, unsupported devices will be unable to access the updated GoFormz mobile app. Existing customers will retain access to the last compatible GoFormz version on their device. GoFormz will maintain Critical Data Loss support for the last compatible version until phase 2.
Phase 2 of this update is where we’ll remove all support for the current GoFormz mobile version. When this time comes, you’ll no longer be able to use the GoFormz mobile app on devices that don’t meet the minimum OS requirements.
The upcoming minimum device requirements for Android, iOS, and Windows devices are as follows:
Version: 7.0+, Release Date: August 22, 2016
Version: 14.0+, Release Date: September 16, 2020
Version: 1809+, Release Date: November 12, 2019
If your device OS does not meet these minimum requirements, it will need to be replaced in order to maintain access to GoFormz. GoFormz recommends that you verify your current device OS.
