In addition to aiding accessibility, keyboard shortcuts offer convenience and increased efficiency.

Keyboard shortcuts (sometimes called shortcut keys) are a combination of keystrokes available to complete an action instead of completing that same action with a mouse.

The shortcuts in this article reference the US keyboard layout. Other keyboard experiences may vary.

πŸ—’οΈ Note: A plus sign (+) within a keyboard shortcut means that you’ll need to press multiple keys at the same time.

The keys you need to select may vary based on whether you’re using a Mac OS or Windows device.

Mac keyboard shortcuts

In addition to the Mac OS keyboard shortcuts available throughout the entire web app, the Template Editor and Forms tab offer exclusive keyboard shortcuts.

  • Select all objects press ⌘ + A

  • Copy your selected objects press ⌘ + C
    ​

  • Duplicate your copied objects press ⌘ + V

Template Editor

On a Mac OS device, these keyboard shortcuts are available in the Template Editor. If you want to. . .

  • Nudge your selected objects, press ↑, ↓, ←, or β†’

  • Strongly nudge your selected objects, press shift + ↑, ↓, ←, or β†’
    ​

  • Select all available objects, press ⌘ + A
    ​

  • Redo your most recent action, press ⌘ + shift + Z
    ​

  • Undo your most recent action, press ⌘ + Z
    ​

  • Prevent selected object from snapping, hold ⌘ while dragging object
    ​

  • Delete your selected objects, press delete
