Add items to an existing monday.com board. You can assign item values to your selected board’s columns by hard-coding values, or using Workflow Variables.
Additionally, you can generate a PDF copy of the associated Form and deliver it to your board.
Automatically create monday.com board items when a Form is completed with the Create monday.com board item Workflow recipe.

Within your Workflow recipe, you’ll assign one or more Templates to your Form completed trigger. You’ll then direct your Form data to a board within your monday.com account.
In the web app, navigate to the Workflows tab and click Create to open the Workflow Recipes Library. Here, select Create mondasy.com board item recipe card.
You’ll navigate automatically to the Workflow Editor, where you’ll follow the steps below.
Set up your Form Completed trigger by assigning your Completed By, Template, and Form completion options.
Select the appropriate user-based trigger using the Completed By drop-down menu.
Your Completed By selection indicates the user or users for whom you want this action to apply. Options include Anyone, Specific User, or Group.
Select the appropriate Template from the Template drop-down menu.
Check the box next to Only run after initial form completion if you want this Workflow to trigger only for the first time a Form is completed.
Click Next.
Assign your Export Form to PDF settings by selecting the pages to be exported, and naming your PDF.
Included pages is where you’ll select the Form pages you want exported to PDF.
If you want to export all Form pages, leave this field blank.
If you choose not to name your PDF, your PDF will adopt the name of the corresponding completed Form.
If you want to assign your PDF a name, click Advanced. Here, you’ll assign your Form a preferred PDF name.
Click Next.
Set up your Create monday.com board item action.
Select your monday.com Connection from the Connection drop-down menu.
Your selection determines which boards you can select based on the connection’s associated workspace.
Select your monday.com board.
Assign an Item name.
This will appear on your selected board.
Select the Group from your associated board.
Assign Column Values for the columns within your selected board. Use Workflow variables to use collected values to populate your item’s values.
Optionally, you can include a PDF copy of the corresponding completed Form with this item.
Click Files to access the Workflow Variable value menu.
In the Step 2: ExportFormtoPDF section, select File(s).
Click the Activation slider if you want your Workflow active immediately.
Click Save.
