Automatically upload PDF versions of your completed Forms to Egnyte with the "Upload a File to Egnyte" Workflow recipe. To set up this Workflow, you'll need to set up a GoFormz-Egnyte connection.
Store completed Forms on your Egnyte account to maintain access to PDF versions of your Forms wherever you have access to Egnyte. With this Workflow recipe, you can trigger delivery based on your required criteria.
Access the Workflow Recipes Library in the Workflows tab of the GoFormz web app by clicking Create to begin.
Select the Egnyte File Upload Workflow recipe.
You'll navigate to the Workflow Editor.
Click the pencil icon next to the "Egnyte File Upload" name.
Enter a Workflow name.
Note: GoFormz recommends that you include the name of the corresponding Template in your Workflow name.
Set up your trigger by selecting your Completed By, Template, and Form completion options.
Select the appropriate user-based trigger using the Completed By drop-down menu.
Your Completed By selection indicates the user or users for whom you want this action to apply. Options include Anyone, Specific User, or Group.
Select the appropriate Template from the Template drop-down menu.
Check the box next to Only run after initial form completion if you want this Workflow to trigger only for the first time a Form is completed.
Click Next.
Select your PDF settings by selecting the pages to be exported, and naming your PDF.
Set up your Upload File action. This will include establishing your Connection and Upload Path.
Note: You'll also see a File URL(s) option. Do not modify this field as it is automatically generated during the previous step.
Select your Connection from the Connection drop-down menu.
Enter your Destination Path using your preferred Workflow variable.
Click the Activation slider if you want your Workflow active immediately.
The Workflow Activation status will display as Active or Inactive.
Click Save.
