Manage the activation status of a user profile

Activate, deactivate, and reactivate your users on the Users and Groups page of the GoFormz web app.

In the GoFormz web app you’ll manage the activation status for users in your account on the Users and Groups page.

Only an account admin can deactivate and reactivate users.

Note: There is a limit to how many times you can deactivate and reactivate a user. If you've reactivated a user too many times, please contact GoFormz support.

Switch the activation slider in the Active column to manage the corresponding user’s activation status. When the slider is switched to the right, the user is active. When it’s switched to the left, the user is deactivated.

Choose to view All, Active, Deactivated, or Pending users by clicking the corresponding button located at the top of the Users table.

When you reactivate a user profile they’ll log in to your account using the same credentials. If the user forgets their password, they must reset their password.
