Store your completed Forms outside of GoFormz when you download your Form data.
If you’re deleting your GoFormz account and are in the process of downloading your existing account data, you’ll also want to export your report and DataSource data.
During this process you’ll choose whether you want to download PDF versions of your Forms, export your Form data as a CSV file, or both.
When you download PDF versions of your Forms you can view each downloaded Form as it was viewed by your Form User when they filled it out.
If you choose to export your Form data as a CSV file, you’ll have access to a spreadsheet where the cell values are populated with your collected responses from each Form’s data fields.
Note: If your selected Forms include table data, your exported columns will expand to fit each row in the included table.
In the GoFormz web app, navigate to the Forms tab and complete the following steps.
Choose whether you want to download only specific Forms, or all existing Forms.
If you want to download only specifics, click the checkbox next to the Forms you want to download.
or
If you want to download all existing Forms, click All.
The Bulk Actions drop-down menu will appear.
Open the Bulk Actions menu.
If you want to download PDF versions of your Forms, click Download PDFs.
Your download will begin.
Proceed to step 3.If you want to export your Form data as a CSV file, click Export to CSV.
A modal will appear asking if you want to include table data with your export.
Choose Yes or No and proceed to step 3.
Your download will begin.
If you downloaded PDF versions of your Forms, your download will begin in the GoFormz Notification Center.
Open the Notification Center.
Click Download zip file.
Your files will now download directly to your computer.If you exported your Form data as a CSV file, your files will download directly to your computer.
