How can I provide multiple users in my account to access and collaborate on a single Form?

You'll need to create a Group for these users, and then provide that Group with ownership of the necessary Forms.

While only one user can own a Form at a time, once they've provided the necessary information, they can then transfer the Form ownership to the Group. The next user can then take ownership of the Form, and provide the next required information.

Repeat the ownership transfer process as necessary. Once finished, designate the Form as complete.
