Do you have an idea on how we can improve the GoFormz platform? At GoFormz we pride ourselves on being customer focused. Feedback from customers like you guides our development.

Note: If you are experiencing a bug, please contact our support team for assistance.

Visit the GoFormz public feature request portal to submit feedback and review feedback submitted by other GoFormz users. Using this portal, you can submit new ideas and vote for and comment on previously submitted ideas. This feedback is sent directly to and reviewed by the GoFormz Product Team. We would love to hear from you!

What to Expect After You Submit an Idea or Vote for an Existing Idea

The GoFormz Product Team reviews ideas monthly. Voting for ideas is the best way to let us know what features you are interested in. If an idea receives enough support, our team will provide a status update. If you would like to receive status updates for ideas you have submitted or voted for, please opt in from your settings page.

Definition of Statuses

Each submitted idea will display its status in the evaluation or development process. When a status is updated by the GoFormz Product Team, you will receive an email providing details for the change in status. Below is a table outlining possible statuses.

Existing Functionality

This functionality already exists in GoFormz.

Under Consideration

We are evaluating the viability of the idea and validating if this is the right problem to solve. This is not a commitment for future development but is actively being reviewed.

Planned

Planned for development in the future.

In Progress

The idea has been started and is actively being worked on. This includes planning, design, research, and development.

Beta Testing

Early access testing for this idea is available for users.

Released

The idea has been released to all applicable users and we are monitoring the success.

Deferred

GoFormz is not ready to address this idea yet.

Declined

GoFormz will not implement this idea.

Archived

This idea is complete or ready to be archived due to inactivity.

How to Use the Portal

Here you will find instructions for how to search for or submit an idea, view submitted feedback, and manage your notification preferences.

Searching for an idea

To search for an idea across all forums, use the search functionality located on the forum list page.

To search for an idea inside a specific forum, navigate to that forum and use the “Share your idea here” search field.

If you cannot find an existing idea like your idea, please submit an idea.

Submitting an idea

Navigate to the forum related to your idea.

Note: If you are unsure about the correct forum, do not worry. Our Product Team can move ideas to the appropriate forum as needed. There is also a forum titled “Not Sure” for when an idea does not fit into an existing forum.

Once inside the related forum, enter your idea in the “Share your idea here” field. You have the option to add a category if one is relevant to your idea. When posting your idea, please include a description and why the idea is important to you.

Note: Please limit your suggestions to one idea per post.

Viewing submitted feedback

To see your feedback for a specific forum, navigate to that forum and select “My Feedback.”

If you prefer to see your submitted feedback across all forums, go to “Settings” found in the upper right-hand corner of the web portal.

Notifications and preferences

Adjust your notification preferences, by clicking “Settings” in the upper right-hand corner. This will take you to your settings and activity page.

In the left sidebar select which types of notifications you would like to receive.

There are three types of notifications:

  • Status updates: Status updates are communications from the GoFormz Product Team regarding the ideas you have voted for. This includes status changes and requests for more information regarding an idea.

  • New comments: New comments notifications are notifications you can choose to receive each time someone comments on an idea you have voted for.

  • Idea submission confirmation: Idea submission confirmations are notifications confirming your idea has been submitted.
