Leverage the data you collect with your Forms alongside Procore’s cloud-based project management platform with the GoFormz-Procore integration.
This integration is available for Enterprise accounts. If you want to activate this integration in your account, you’ll need to contact Pro Services.
With the GoFormz-Procore integration, you can:
Create new Procore project records,
Update existing Procore project records,
Upload Form PDFs and images to your Procore projects,
Dispatch Forms based on a Procore event pre-populated Forms that contain Procore data,
Sync Procore project data to your account DataSources to provide your Form Users with up-to-date data from your Procore account (using DataSources and database fields)
Set up the available Procore Workflow actions, or leverage the premade Procore Workflow recipes.
Procore “Upload Document” Workflow action
Use the Procore “Upload Document” Workflow action to send Forms or images submitted by your Form Users directly to your Procore account.
Procore premade Workflow recipes
Currently, the only available pre-made Workflow recipe is the Set up an “Upload File to Procore” Workflow recipe. With this recipe, you can dispatch data from your completed Forms directly to your Procore projects.
