Generate PDF versions of your Form to share electronically, or access and manage using your preferred PDF viewer.
🗒️ Note: GoFormz does not offer a fillable PDF. If you need to collect information from a person in your organization, create a user profile for them.
To collect information from somebody outside of your organization, create a Public Form.
Access any Forms to which you have the necessary permissions to view in the Forms section. Generate Form PDFs on the GoFormz web and mobile apps, and complete bulk downloads of multiple Form PDFs on the web app.
Generate Form PDFs on the web app
On the GoFormz web app, you can create Form PDFs on either the Forms tab, or in the Web Form Editor.
On the Forms tab
When you access the Forms tab in the GoFormz web app, you'll find a table displaying all Forms available for you to view.
In the row containing the Form for which you want to generate a PDF, access the Actions (. . .) menu and click Open PDF.
You'll be prompted to select the pages which you want to open as a PDF. With your pages selected, you're ready to open or download your PDF.
In the Web Form Editor
When you access the Forms tab in the GoFormz web app, you'll find a table displaying all Forms available for you to view. Click the Form name for the Form for which you want to view or create a PDF.
You'll navigate to the Web Form Editor. Open the Form actions menu and click Open PDF.
The Select Pages modal will appear, where you'll choose which Form pages you want to open the PDF in your browser's native PDF viewer, or download them to your computer.
Downloading multiple Forms PDFs
Download multiple PDF versions of your Forms in the GoFormz web app by utilizing the Bulk Actions menu.
On the web app, you'll access the Forms tab and click the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the row for each Form for which you want to create a PDF. When you begin to click checkboxes, the Bulk Actions menu will appear.
Open the Bulk Actions menu, and select Download PDFs.
Your chosen PDFs will begin to as a ZIP file. Monitor your download in the Notification center in the upper right-hand corner.
When your download completes, click Download zip file to download your newly generated Form PDFs.
You can also generate individual Form PDFs in the mobile app.
Generate Form PDFs in the mobile app
In the GoFormz mobile app, open the Forms tab. Tap the Actions menu to access your available Form actions.
Your Actions menu will appear. Tap Share to navigate to the page selection page. Choose the pages you want included in your PDF. In the upper right-hand, tap Share.
At this point, your devices options for sharing files will appear. Dispatch your PDF as necessary.
