As you can see, we have recently updated our support section of Intercom which contains both new and updated content to deliver what you need much easier and faster. Hopefully you had an opportunity to review our blog post describing some of the differences, if not there are a few things you need to know before you get started.

  • If you’re having an issue and need immediate attention, please click here to open a case with our support team. You can also use the 

button found in the header and footer of any page on our site.

  • There are four great ways to interact with our new support site!
  1. Search: Simply use the search box on the home page and type out what you are looking for.
  2. User Type: Navigate through support resources based on what type of GoFormz user you are.
  3. Browse Topics: Choose a specific category related to the issue you are experiencing or topic you would like to learn more about.
  4. Submit a Request: If you can’t find a resource to answer your question, you can simply submit a request and our team will assist you right away!
