Filling out a form starts by creating a new form based on an existing template. For instance, your GoFormz account might have two form templates — Work Orders and Safety Checklists. When creating a new form, you have to choose which of these two templates you want to use.
To create a new form in the mobile app, tap the New Form button to open the template chooser, then select a template to create a new form based on that template. The new form will be opened in the Form Editor, where you can fill it out. For details on how to create a new form on your specific mobile platform, refer to our Mobile App User Guide.
In the web interface, there are several ways to create a new form:
In the Forms Tab, click the New button in the upper right. Then choose the desired template from the Select a form template window.
In the Web Form Editor, select New Form from the Form dropdown menu at the top. Then choose the desired template from the Select a form template window.
In the Templates Tab of the web interface, expand the [...] Actions dropdown next to your form template, and select New Form to create a new form from that template.
In the Template Editor, select New Form from the More dropdown menu at the top.
The new form will open in the Web Form Editor.
