Workflow Dashboard overview

Explore an overview of your account’s Workflow activity on your Workflow Dashboard.

Updated over a week ago

The Workflow Dashboard provides a centralized place to monitor your account’s Workflows. With knowledge about the health of your Workflows you can identify and address any issues.

When you navigate to the Workflows tab on the GoFormz web app, the Workflow Dashboard displays details about your account’s Workflow activity. Use these details to monitor and manage Workflow issues and usage.

Note: Workflows are only available for Team, Advanced, and Enterprise accounts.

To view the Workflow Dashboard you must be an account admin, and you must have at least one Workflow set up in your account.

On the Workflow Dashboard you’ll find details about the successes and failures of your Workflow jobs, and how many Workflows are active in your account. You can filter your results by date, and view details that’ll help you identify any persistent issues.

The page’s upper left-hand side provides three clickable tabs labeled Dashboard, Workflows, and Jobs.

By default you’ll start on the Dashboard, which is detailed in this article. Click Workflows to navigate to your Workflow folders, and Jobs to view and manage Workflow jobs.

You’ll find multiple graphs displayed on the Workflow Dashboard. All data displayed within these graphs is filtered by date using the date selection filter in the upper right-hand corner. With this selection tool you can filter your results up to the current day.

Note: If you apply a date selection filter and then navigate to the Workflow folders or Jobs section, your selected dates will filter the results displayed on those pages.

The first stat displayed is your Job success rate percentage. This percentage indicates how many Workflows jobs out of your total jobs run have completed all of their actions (or steps) successfully.

If you’re only monitoring your Workflows when they require attention, you’ll want to review your Failed jobs. This number indicates how many Workflow jobs failed during your selected date range.

Your Current active Workflows indicates how many Workflows are set up in your account. Regardless of the dates by which you filter your results, this always shows your current active Workflows. Add more Workflows when you click Create Workflow.

Quicklinks provides direct navigation access to manage your Connected Apps and error notification settings. In Connected Apps you can add new integrations to your account. Your error notification settings determine how you’re notified when a Workflow job fails.

The graphs on this page break down details of your health. Click any graph to view it at a larger scale.

The top left-hand graph displays the total Workflow successes and failures for your account’s active Workflows. Each bar indicates your total Workflows for the corresponding date. The red bar indicates failed jobs, while the green indicates successful jobs.

Largest failure rates displays the number of failures for all Workflows that were active during your selected date range.

The Integration failure rates graph displays all of your connected apps, and how often their associated Workflows have failed. If one of your connections is consistently failing, be sure to review the connection’s details.
